Old-fashion threshing of ancient cerelas

In the framework of the QUANT project, we have been participating to dissemination activity "Festa della battitura del grano in Montespertoli". The grain we harvested with Neolithic sickles have been threshed with old-fashion methods. A very nice afternoon, thanks to the help and the kindness of Associazione Grani Antichi Monstespertoli and Gruppo Novecento (Toscana, Italy).
